ORIGAMI-EXCELLENT PRESENTATIN OF THE REAL SUBJECTS

Origami is the famous Japanese art of paper folding. The subjects (usually animals) are created by using geometric forms and crease patterns. Although origami productions look very complicated, the complication is merely the combination of many basic different folds and crease patterns.

The reason that make origami becomes famous and interesting is that when looking to a animal created by origami ( It can be just created by very simple fold and crease patter) ,the viewers are able to know exactly what this animal is. Origami is a good example of excellent presentation because particular features of the subjects are chosen and represented. I will describe and analyze how Origami can represent subjects in the real world very well:

The first example, It s a animal and we can easy realize what it is. It s a rhino. We are able to know exactly it s a rhino because origami represented particular features of a rhino such as : horn on the nose(it s the most particular feature, big and fat legs)

The second example is a secret. The viewer can not say any things else except a butterfly. Although the origami butterfly is very simple but it represented ideally a butterfly. The viewer can not say it s another secret.

In conclusion, Origami is very good at representing objects in the real world by merely combination basic different folds and crease patters.
