BOOK COVER PAGES

1-OB(Organizational Behavior)

This is the book whose cover page I love the best. It is really impressive to me. OB is the subject that help the leaders or whoever to organize their project or working team effectively. This subject also related a little bit to psychology. The main picture of the cover page is a herd of fish, there are a lot of fish that seem to swim messily and rebellious. However, when looking the picture carefully, we will se all the fish are swimming in a serious organization. All of the fish ‘s eyes are looking at only one way. The content of the picture related closely to the content of the subject. It s impressive

2-Fiction : Tomorrow is too late by Joseph Hayes

This is a famous fiction of writer Joseph Hayes. The first interesting and noticeable feature of this cover page is the size of the author name is the same as the title of the book. It represent that this writer is very famous. Secondly, the title “tomorrow is to late” is arranged in 2 lines “tomorrow” and “is too late”. It creates a heavy rhythm of the title and this rhythm represents the risky and confuse emotion of the book. Finally, the contrast in size of 2 subjects : the closed(big) shot gun and the small tent at night. It indicated the content that the dander is really huge and closed.

3-Streamline 1 English book

Streamline one English book is very familiar with many people. It seems to be ordinary, but I realized that there are an implicit feature in the cover page. Being different from other book when the picture related closely to the content of the book, the picture in the cover page of Streamline English book 1 is just a train with some people, it not related to the concept” studying English”. However, the train has indirect relation with the concept “studying English”. The train represents for the busy and hurry life of the people in the modern life. It emphasizes indirectly the important role of the English in the modern life through the picture of highway train.
